We try and be a no drama group and look for the same in those looking to join. Real life comes first so we try and avoid forced Ops when we can.

Although we are also relaxed on what you fly and sometime rock a kitchen sink fleet there are a few fits we like people to train into.
Although we are happy to accept the right alpha pilots, we are a wh corp so being cloaky is part of day to day life for us. Alphas may find time when they can not join / get involved in a hunt, that said uncloaked bait is always a plus :)
