Originally formed through the union of Mechatronic Industries, Moses Tech, Genetic Horizons, and Paragon Airlines, but the name MeMoGePa ArizTesties didn't quite hit the intended demographics. After an official rebranding, spearheaded by Chairman Crowski, Crowline Conglomerate began to integrate other Corporations, integrating their CEOs as project leaders of the new subdivision which held seats on the Board.
