Mission

To establish an alliance to provide a fun environment where members can coordinate their mining, manufacturing, trade, and combat activities to have more fun in New Eden than they would do on their own.

Milestone Goals
1. Corporation Membership
10 members - 25 million ISK bonus per member
25 members - 20 million ISK bonus per member
50 members - 15 million ISK bonus per member
100 members - 10 million ISK bonus per member
2. Alliance Membership
5 corporations - 5 million ISK bonus per member of Dark Matters Group Corporation.
10 corporations - 10 million ISK bonus per member of Dark Matters Group Corporation.
15 corporations - 15 million ISK bonus per member of Dark Matters Group Corporation.


Vision

This corp is fulfilling its mission if there are weekly events including missions, battles, mining operations, contests, and flash mobs.

Values

1. New pilots are welcome. There is no minimum skill point level.
2. Members are free to conduct their own operations outside of the corporation.
3. There is no obligation to take part in planned events, but participation is encouraged.
5. Older pilots support newer ones.
6. Shareholders are audit.

Corp Finances and Assets
1. The tax rate will always sit between 5% and 10% depending on the amount of corp organised activity.
2. Don't put anything in a corp wallet or hanger unless you're willing to lose it as access will be given widely.
3. The corporation will be capitalised with up to 10 Billion ISK initially. 1,000,000 shares have been issued at 10,000 ISK per share. Shares can be bought from the Chief Executive Office and traded privatley thereafter.
4. The capital employed will be used to build citadels, to purchase equipment and to find competition prizes.
5. Dividends of no less than 500 ISK per share will be paid to shareholders monthly. Dividends will be paid to all members following the achievement of a mileston goal for the corporation.

Organisational Structure, Roles, and Responsibilities

The Corporation is organised into the following divisional offices. Some roles are unique. Others are shared.

- Chief Executive Office
- Accountable for the work of the Chief Executive Office
- Manages corp bullitens and corp chat rooms
- Manages budgeting, raising capital and auditing division wallets and hangers.
- Offers support relating to ship fittings
- Offers support relating to training
- Manages recruiting and managing Corp Members
- War Office
- Accountable for millitary campaigns, both offensive and defensive
- Manufacturing Office
- Manages manufacturing, research, and related jobs
- Mining and Refining Office
- Accountable for the corps mining, refining, and other resource collection and processing activities
- Shipping Office
- Accountable for fulfilling the corp's transport needs
- Trade Office
- Accountable for fulfilling the corp's market needs

The Corporation has five ranks.

- L1 is a new recruit who has no access to wallets, hangers of permissions.
- L2 is a divisional officor who has access to the hangers for their department in their home base, but no access to wallets.
- L3 is a divisional officor who has access to the hangers for their department in all bases and has access to their department wallet. A member may only hold one L3 role, but may hold several L2 or L4 roles in addition to this.
- L4 is part of the Chief Executive Office and has access to special priviledges such as comms, auditing etc. A level 4 role is normally held along with a level 3 role.
- L5 is a director (including the CEO) and has access to all hangers, all wallets, and all permissions.
