Thought to have reemerged from the lost WH Thear these fleets can be seen creating a law and order of their own. The Rangers although are a hiden force they are not the true Warriors of the White Star more scouts, their skills and experience of space is said to be equal to the Jove. They aim to help others and open the secrets of New Eden.
