2) PvP is at the core of what we do. We do other things and can teach you to PvP but it is expected you participate in fleet fights.
3) You must be able to have a laugh, even if it's at your expense or your expensive loss. We don't care. We don't killboard Nazi.

5) Have a family, a life, have kids, have a job. We do too and understand your real life requirements
6) Have a drive for growth and team-work.
