The Sovetskiy Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti or otherwise known as The Soviet Committee For State Security is EVE Online's first secret police responsible carrying out internal security, intelligence and secret-police functions. The "S-KGB" are reserved for the most devoted and loyal members of The USSR.

The S-KGB guards the leadership of the Central Committee and the Soviet Space Government and security of government communications as well as combating dissent, and anti-Soviet activities. The S-KGB also conducts espionage into other enemy corperations and insights internal strife and revolution.
