Isonami Syndicate was an experiment in corporate management, growth and social interaction of strangers. The experiment was concluded 13 months after its initiation.

Jintau Kawazoe set about founding [IS0] with a clear set of visions and goals, supported by a thorough and wide ranging set of "standard operating procedures" and guidelines. The corporation was a social experiment to see how challenging it would be to pull together strangers and to observe and encourage progress of the corporation. This was supported by several billion ISK in private funding and a variety of services to members.

Progress was good, via a vetting and interview system the corporation peaked at over 50 active members. One of the first significant corporations to score kills and develop a name fighting for the Caldari State against the Gallente Federation within Black Rise. Later turning to 0.0 activities and industrial production and weathering its share of war declarations.

The ultimate demise of Isonami Syndicate was a result of several complex factors, and many management lessons were learned. The experiment became much more than just that, strangers became wingmen, fighting alongside one another.

The corporation has now been dissolved and the pod pilots have gone their respective ways.
