Elite: Stands for a high rank in a proffession in which needs the best skill possible.

Avengers: They are people who swear that they will fight for something they believe in and they continue to do so until they have solved thier reason to fight.

Initiative: It is 2 things. 1) Is a band of people working together to make things happen. 2) Initiative is what we use in battle to seek out and destroy our foes for aslong as we can use our Initiative we stand strong above the rest.
