Culture Council is the highest administrative edge over both the military and civil groupings contained inside the Culture coalition. Our main objective is to maintain communication and stability over the Aegis (security) military force and the non-offensive Prospect (mining), Exchange (business) and Creation (manufacturing R&D) departments.

Applications may be directed to the desired community:
Culture Aegis: security, missioning, incursion, ratting and wardecs.
Culture Prospect: mining, refining, ore-takeover program.
Culture Creation: researching, exploration, manufacturing.
Culture Exchange: trading, gambling, economic schemes.

Council-members will be selected as the alliance needs are met. Interested individuals can still share their interest in the Council for our attention.
