During the Waschi Uprising, former Caldari and Intaki special operations personnel joined to provide tactical reconnaissance for Muryia Mordu's forces. After the uprising, the team continued to support the Intaki struggle for independence, eventually forming Downrange Expeditions to assist the Sisters of EVE with humanitarian efforts in the Intaki system. While the team maintains strong loyalties to both Mordu's Legion and the Caldari Navy, it remains, for the most part, totally independent.
