A corporation of Angel Cartel loyalist pilots, Ghost Festival prowls through space, eliminating or ransoming capsuleer targets that more conventional craft are ill-suited to handle. To ensure power stays where it belongs and ultimately eliminate the competition, Ghost Festival pilots will use any opportunity to strike down enemies and competitors of the Cartel, particularly the newly emerging Sansha invaders.

Despite its name, derived (perhaps with irony aforethought) from an Achur religious celebration, Ghost Festival mirrors its Cartel associates by accepting members from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. All that is demanded is the intelligence, skill, discretion, loyalty, and moral callousness necessary for the work.
