411 is a constellation development corporation. Our focus is contributing to the foundation of stable communities throughout New Eden. These communities are established around mutual self-interest and a common geography. Many of our initiatives are focused on actions that can be taken by pilots from any corp or alliance to benefit all. We aim to be a positive presence in New Eden and welcome all who share a similar sentiment.

Orientation:
The current focus of our efforts is establishing the "Greener Pastures AO" comprised of the Firille, Ysiette, and Chasnaye constellations, centrally located in New Eden and within the Sinq Liason and Everyshore regions under Gallente Federation's juristiction.
Greener Pastures is functionaly connected to the main artery of trade in New Eden "The Silk Road" via the Dodixie trade hub.

Bourynes, where many pilots first enter New Eden is only a few jumps away in the neighboring Nexus Constellation.
Nearly as close is Egghelende, a gateway to contested low security space.

Situation:
The systems of Firille and the neighboring constellations, Ysiette and Chasnaye, are rich in natural resources: moons, ice and asteroid belts are plentiful.
- The Industrial capacity of the area is substantial with stations and structures capable of supporting research, refining and manufacturing services in strategic locations close to raw material sources.
- There are numerous PVE opportunities. including mission agents, unique anomalies, and homefront operations.
- Low sec pockets of value, and a nearby entrance to larger roaming grounds are within operating range for those looking to engage in PVP.

Mission:
1. To establish and maintain a network of pilots aligned to the common interests of the local community.
2. To develop and realize the industrial and economic potential of the sector.
3. To discover & promote opportunities that will engage pilots in meaningful content across various levels of experience, aptitude and enthusiasm.
