BL4CK S41NTS CODE OF CONDUCT

I. Every member of the Black Saints shall honor and obey the chain of command, no doing so will result in disciplinary action.

II. Spoils will be given out as follows: 1 Part goes to each fighter on the operation; 1.5 Part to the leader of the operation.

III. Anyone keeping secrets of skimming the loot will be warned and have his share cut for a solid week and anymore offenses will result in excommunication and a 100 million isk bounty placed on his head.

IV. The punishment for attacking your own is reimbursing the losses and a disciplinary punishment.

V. Anyone being lazy or failing to keep his vessel in ship-shape, loaded with ammunition or properly setup for combat will lose his share of
the spoils.

VI. Every member of the Black Saints may vote on all important decisions.

VII. Every member of the Black Saints may have a share of captured quafe and slaves.

VIII. Anyone found stealing form another member of the crew or the corp will be shot down and kicked from the Black Saints with a 100 million isk on their heads.

IX. Any member of the Black Saints caught logging out during battle will face disciplinary punishment.

X. All order will be maintained threw out the ranks, and smack talkers will face disciplinary punishment.

XI. One may not have a share of the spoils until he has invidually made 15 million isk for the corporation.

XII. The compensation of losing a ship in a corp-op is the insurance cost, unless told otherwise.

XIII. If a pirate is captured by an enemy ship, he has the right to declare parlay, or temporary protection, until he may have an audience with the enemy corp leader or next available rank. At this point, he cannot be harmed. Parlay is not considered concluded until said captives and captains have completed negotiations.

Disciplinary punishment: Share of the spoils will be cut for the next 5 corp-operations. No matter how long time pass between each time you take part in a corp-operation.
