Bobotai Trading Fund is a mineral trading fund with the following characteristics:

-Open end fund
-Trading / Market making in minerals
-Operating solely in high- and low sec.
-Long term investment fund (low risk, low interest)

Fund activities
------------
"The corporation is buying minerals below median market rates and sells them against median or higher prices.
The minerals are kept in stock until such a profit can be made. In most cases this is at the same time."

Open end
------------
Bobotai Trading Fund is an open-end fund. The structure is as follows: 51% of the shares is kept by the corporation to prevent a take-over. The rest of the shares are so-called common shares. Common shares are intended for public sale/buy-back. "Open-end fund" means that the rate of one common fund share is the total value of the Corporation divided by the amount of common shares. Therefor the rate of the share is a true representation of the total value of the corporation. "market expections" or "Interest expections" etc. are not an integral part in the rating of fund shares.

Buy-back policy

"The Corporation does have a sell/buy-back shares policy.
This means that the corporation will buy back your shares if requested against the actual rate.
Please take into account that buying back large amount of shares can take a while because assets might be sold first."
The fund is not paying dividend. Profit can be made by the difference in value between buying and selling shares.
