Code of the Pirate Brethren

1) Rule one, befriend others wisely.

2) Kill and loot at will.

3) Spoils of pirates participating in a fleet (isk) shall be shared in the following way:
i) Captain will take 3 shares.
ii) Officers will take 2 shares.
iii) Crewmen will take 1 share.

4) If a solo pirate engages in a fight, and he calls his brethren to assist; the solo pirate shall forfeit 1/2 of the spoils to the rescuing party upon request.

5) Any man who falls behind is left behind.

6) An act of war can only be declared by the Captain on popular vote.

7) Any non-pirate who refuses to forfeit their cargo must die.

8) The Code calls for pirates to respect their fellows. Knowingly targeting and sinking other pirate ship (flying the skull flag) that is a non-aggressor or that is not stealing your loot is strictly forbidden.

9) Brethren are honor bound to uphold any agreements with pirates and non-pirates alike and violation of said agreement is forbidden...unless the other party first violates the agreement.

10) Killing a surrendered enemy is frowned upon....but can be quite fun.

...but these are more like "guidelines" really.
