Mission Statement
The Colonial Expeditionary Forces are an international community, a hierarchical, commercial organization. Our primary mission is the promotion of early in-game subjects most commonly referred to as The Alpha Grind, with a particular emphasis on safeguarding commercial and scientific progression. To this end, we conduct guidance and instruction to our members, further cultivating the publics\u2019 engagement towards various commercial, educational, informational, and communal space-related activities.


Program Synopsis
1. To create, maintain and promote a structured society of men and women, who are united by their acceptance of the inevitable progression of our corporations\u2019 migration into a position a immense power.
2. To manage and govern this society in substantial conformance with founding beliefs as to ensure its continued survival and promote continual growth and advancement.
3. To provide certain benefits to the members of this society; including, but not limited to: financial and/or complementary currency, social community and entertainment, professional guidance, and opportunities for creative expression, community service, and development of beneficial social and professional relationships.
4. To preserve and advance the general commercialization of space, and to promote the principles of individual liberty and universal community.
5. To consciously service our capacities in making sense of things; by applying logic, establishing and verifying facts, and changing or justifying practices, institutions, and/or beliefs based on collected data.


Vision
1. We envision the Colonial Expeditionary Forces as a model commercial community comprised of international members, and leading as a global authority regarding space-related information, education and culture.
2. We will maintain a physical presence near every major population center, operating base, manufacturing facility, training center, spaceport, and more from which we will offer unique experiences in support of our Mission.
3. We will uphold the highest standards of excellence and effectiveness in the practice and dissemination of our informational, educational and communal teachings.
4. We will foster harmonious and constructive relationships within the academic, business, civil, ecclesiastical, armed service and greater social communities in which we operate.
5. We will manifest a culture that is comfortable with the migration of human life beyond Earth; attracting and retaining a diverse membership at every level and welcoming the participation of all nationalities, sexes, genders, orientations, races, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds.



Values
1. We reinforce the liberty of the individual and the cultivation of knowledge, respect, discipline, and responsibility.
2. We affirm the bonds of community and expect honesty, cooperation, mutual aid, and good faith among our membership.
3. We value hospitality in our community and promote peace, tolerance, trust, and respect throughout the general populace.
4. We advocate the practices of Journalist Integrity and Science, and oppose tyranny, superstition, and oppression.
5. We strive for a sustainable level of operational efficiency, continuously evolving our dynamic capabilities and organizational architecture.
6. We accept and uphold the founding beliefs of The Colonial Dispatch, and state in perpetuity our pledge to remain constructive, impartial, and truthful.
7. We believe that a membership free from unfair discrimination is essential to accomplishing our Mission, and reject teachings that promote censorship, bigotry, prejudice, and intolerance.'
