Features:
It is accessible only via wormholes (no gates).
It is the only wormhole space system with NPC stations, and the stations have normal services including markets.
Many of the planets are shattered, and there are no moons.
No Upwell structures.
Increased connectivity to K-Space, with a total of a dozen or so wormholes to high-, low-, and null-sec at any given time.
It is a very large system, 342 AU in diameter.
Mobile warp disruptors (bubbles) may not be anchored.
Sleeper occupation equivalent to Class 3 and 4 W-Space systems.
Capital ships may not enter Thera or be built there.
