An empyrean unit formation of the Caldari Navy Reserve (CNR), to be* deployed alongside the State Protectorate and Caldari militia forces in the ongoing War versus the opposition forces of the Gallente Federation, and Guristas Pirates.
Additionally tasked with antipiracy and counter-infiltration operations against the Federation Navy within the State, and allied Khanid Kingdom.

HISTORY

The Ninetieth Fleet, as the unit was originally designated, was formed by the CNR in the per-Yulai Convention era during the latter decades of the First Gallente-Caldari War as a "battle cruiser force" to provide scouting/screening for the heavier frontline units in its battlegroup during deployment and with the capability to be detached to perform independent operations without want for logistical support.
