Originally, Damned Souls wasd little more than in idea..... a gang. They believed in anarchist society where members group freely. After many decades operating around law enforcement and a judgemental public it was found by the gang the species was "Damned" and to evolve and improve the species they must not only eliminate those who worship false "Gods" while rising to power as a State where everyone opearted in small select group working towards a "prime directive"
The current prime direct..... to seek those who are like minded to establish a faction capable of ensuring the continueing evolution of man inside the Universe.
