Deep Space Ice Ring Industrial Outpost AS-07V was an industrial outpost operating in the ice rings of a middle of nowhere system until eventually being shut down and abandoned due to it no longer being cost effective to operate and maintain.

Deep Space Ice Ring Industrial Outpost AS-07V became known as ''Ghost Station AS-07V''.

Ghost Station AS-07V remained abandoned for several decades until a badly damaged starship passing through the system picked up the abandoned outpost on their scanner. With no other station or outpost for several systems they had no choice but to go there to make much needed repairs to the starship and hide out for awhile.
After making some repairs to the starship and exploring the abandoned outpost it was determined that Ghost Station AS-07V would be a good hideout and stash spot for looted goods so the crew of the starship repowered the old outpost and now operate and control it.

Deep Space Ice Ring Industrial Outpost AS-07V aka ''Ghost Station AS-07V'' is now controled and operated by ARTIC STARKOVA and survives by; black market trades, industrial projects and various questionable means.
