Delegation of authority and the promotion of Officers will be one of the first tasks as this Corp is in phase one.
Pilots who show a knowledgable level of the game and it's various mechanics regarding career paths, combat, etc. will be considered for a Division Commander role. It pays to play as an officer here.

New pilots are encouraged to join wherever their interests lay be it mining, exploration, combat, Planetary Infrastructure, and any of the many other styles of play EVE offers.
