Friendly fire allowed, but don't make a habit out of it and at least make sure that both you and the person you are going to attack have inexpensive ships, preferably tech 1 frigates or destroyers.

If you want to join, it is prefered that you are ok with being part of factional warfare for the Minmatar Republic.
