Federal Guard and Recon corporation started out as a defense and intelligence force against the Caldari militia, but when Nation resurfaced, the greater threat had a way of forging cooperation where previously there was war. Now, together with members of all races in the cluster that seek to join, a great electronic warfare offensive called Operation Bad Moon is what FGR consider's it's primary goal. It hopes that other corporations previously stuck in racial wars will follow it's example.
