Re: Closure of Indicators of Attack

I am writing in my capacity as the Court-Appointed Receiver for Indicators of Attack (the \u201cCorporation\u201d), pursuant to the Order of the Civic Court dated MAY27YC128.

Following a thorough investigation and review of the Corporation\u2019s operations, financial records, and business practices, I have determined that the Corporation has operated outside legal boundaries on multiple matters. The evidence demonstrates a clear and consistent pattern of skirting regulatory and legal requirements through grey-area practices.

As a result of these findings, and in accordance with the authority granted by the Court, I have concluded that continued operation of the Corporation is not feasible or permissible. Consequently, the Corporation must be closed and its assets liquidated in an orderly manner as directed by the Court.

Key outcomes of the receivership investigation include:

Multiple instances of regulatory non-compliance and legal violations.

A preponderance of practices that operated in regulatory grey areas in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws and standards.

A determination that the Corporation cannot continue operations in compliance with legal requirements.

All operations of the Corporation have ceased effective MAY27YC128. A formal liquidation process has commenced. Creditors, employees, and other stakeholders will receive further notices regarding claims processes, asset distribution, and timelines in the coming weeks.
