Legion Varos is one of Earth's mercenary legions. Named after Publius Quinctilius Varos, the other legions know it as a band of misfits and apes. However, Varos is the toughest of all legions, and spend more time fighting and dying rather than polishing their suits and marching. Due to the nature of their clandestine work Varos is given an unusually high budget by Hegemony.
