-Fleet Participation: Getting out on grid and helping out with alliance/corp ops. 15 paps (fleet credits) per heartbeat, not per toon.

-Comms: A working mic, Discord, and a willingness to hang out on voice.

-Attitude: A drive to learn and improve.
