It is not and never will be eligible for a war-declaration, friendly-fire will forever be illegal, you can join and leave whatever militia you wish whenever you desire and pursue work for any agency you please, at any location in New Eden you dare go to.

Members are fully free to barter, haggle, lend, borrow purchase or out-right donate their time, ISK, efforts, anything they wish to another member of the Ordo, or anyone else, so long as all parties find the exchange to be fair for all involved. Free speech and expression is absolute. You have as much right to say whatever you wish as you have to be permanently silent, or silenced, by your peers. The only rule in the Ordo is an enforcement of fairness for all involved. Suffice to say, scamming or cheating a fellow member or anyone else is prohibited.

Members are free to join and leave, come and go as they please, join and decline co-operational activities as they desire, and socialize\u2026 or not\u2026 as they see fit. Any higher opportunities for profit making or pursuing fun activities and the risks that may be involved in such is at the discretion of every individual member to account for.

There is no internal politicking, there are no mandatory operations. The Ordo will never join any Alliance or Coalition for any purposes. Based out of Federation High-sec, the organization is wholly mercenary and any individual joining and leaving any militia or participating in any fleets run by anyone else for any purposes, means nothing.

All that are neutral or above to the Ordo are free to join it, from fresh-faced rookie capsuleers to the stern-faced veterans of a thousand wars that have seen it all. No-one will be vetted. Who you were before is of no consequence.

Any outside parties that wish to cooperate with the Ordo in any way, for any reason, can contact any member and communicate their desires to them, it is expected of members that promise to pass messages along actually do so. All members speak only for themselves. All without exception.'
