The Blue Donut continues to spread to the corners of New Eden. A relative few decide to pull out of known space alltogether, but not before engaging in some of the most vile practices known.

From various parts of New Eden, the E O L conduct operations to make SOV known space citizens lose their will to fight. Guerilla teams are sent into enemy territories, seek out targets of opportunity, and 'make friends' with the local population. These friends are killed in atrocious ways to demoralize their efforts. With most known space denizens being mentally unstable to start with, these efforts only seek to leave them in a higher state of psychosis and confusion.
