We here at Protecting Interstellar Rocks And The Environment (P.I.R.A.T.E) looked upon the greedy industrialist miners who strip mine entire systems, depleting them of their natural resources all whilst polluting, in dismay and disgust. We resolved to do something about it!

The eminently reasonable and justifiable environmental protection laws and regulations of New Eden (http://www.minerbumping.com/p/the-code.html), which were created through a just and democractic system, expressly prohibit excessive mining! And yet, there are some individuals and corporate 'citizens' who care nothing for the natural beauty of the intricate rock formations. Mining as it currently occurs is excessive and unsustainable, we will take whatever actions we deem necessary to protect the environment and save our natural resources for the enjoyment of future generations.
