The Republic 1st Fleet is tasked with the defence of the Minmatar people. Our primary mandate is to defend the Republic and repel Amarrian incursions. Our secondary mandate is to push forward any advantage and exploit any weakness in the Amarrian defences.
The first fleet represents the values of the Republic. As such we do not tolerate attacks against civilians whatever their allegiance.
As defenders of the Republic, it is our duty to defend the Republic from piracy, and to engage them whenever it is legal to do so.
Members of the Republic are required to obey the laws of the Republic and Concord.
Currently the 1st Fleet is cleared for operations along the Minmatar-Amarr border. We are not cleared for engagements along the Minmatar-Caldari border nor the Gallente-Caldari border. Pilots are forbidden to participate in operations in these regions.
