Submit an application with the following.

1.) What do you find most enjoyable in Eve?
2.) What are your short-term goals? Long term?
3.) What timezone are you in?
4.) Are you able to attend a weekly mining op, usually every Saturday?
5.) Are you willing to take requests/orders from members in the corp to get the job done?
6.) Are you willing to adjust your training as necessary to help the corp as a whole?
