Goals:
\u2022Establish a secure mining force complete with security and help for newer miners.
\u2022Be able to establish a flawless, payday system in which work is required and is fair.
\u2022Be able to mine and survive in low sec.

Benefits:
I will be actively buying supplies/equipment and helping new members achieve their goals in eve online. In addition I hope to establish a payday system that will greatly benefit every member.

Proposed payday system:
To accomodate new members and promote active members I have this model proposed for our members:

Whenever enough Ore/Minerals are available to pay each member a certain amount, the management will do so as soon as possible.

Proposed starting amount: 2.5M
After we can reach that goal very quickly, it is proposed to raise it by 2.5M.


We want to provide our members with security/help without charging them or ripping them off. If you need help be free to ask, we'd love to help you.

Available jobs:

Miners: Be able to/train for a Retriever and be able to use a Strip Miner II or better. Skills: Mining V, Mining Barge III

Security: Be able to use/Train to use cruisers or better. Fast ships with a quick rate of fire are best to defend from Guristas rats. Active or Passive Shield or Armor Tanking is also great.

Management: Mature, active players with a desire to help others.

Refiners: Refining V minimum, otherwise you'll be losing money. Specific ore processing skills and refinery efficiency are great to have as well.
