The Gespensts:

A group of capsuleers who stared at the stars for way too long and nowadays are little more than a faint echo of their former self.

Eventually they decided to haunt the inhabitants of New Eden. Every now and then. In random places. Providing spook and horror for whoever crosses their way.

While many think ghosts would be cool, if they exist, most fear to ever meet one. Rightfully so.
