An ancient order of cannabalistic monks from the eve gate era. The Terran Guard was officailly formed by the leaders of the first ships that came through the eve gate. The original function of the order was to protect the populations of the first planetary colonies from unforseen threats. The" First Core" was formed by using labotamized prisoners from the fleet. The first core was then geneticaly modified to withstand tremendous amounts of physical and mental punishment. This was followed by mind, body and soul training program by the War Masters of the Tau Xi Han cluster. The Terran Guard proved very usful as a police and peace force till the Infinity Inccedent where a coronal mass ejection altered the genetic code of the modified soldiers, inducing cannabalisim and an unnaturally long life. Due to their sense of duty they never once harmed a civillian and instead opted to eat each other. Today after hundreds of thousands of years a handful of these mad monks survived to become capsuleers ... and thus finally the hunger was quenched.
