Mining Permits are 10M ISK per miner and good for one year. Make your payments to James 315 with "Mining Permit [.WWJD]" in the reason section. If your reason isn't exact, it will be considered a donation and you will have to give another 10M to James in order to obtain your permit. Thank you for your understanding.
