Wiyrkomi Tactical Response Directive was founded in YC 115 by Malcolm Khross as a paramilitary organization in support of the Wiyrkomi corporation. It operates to provide defense and security to Caldari State assets, personnel, citizens and territories throughout Black Rise and The Citadel.

While licensed as a subisidiary of Wiyrkomi, -WTR- maintains the freedom of operations to accept contracts from any State loyal corporation or megacorporation at its own full discretion.
