This is something the Dead Six Initiative has been planning for a fairly good deal of time. In terms of DUST, Lokun Listamenn exists as a way to extend the ideals of the Dead Six Initiative to its' member corporations without coercing them into direct mergers. With Planetary Conquest on the horizon and the Hardcore Corporations out there already ready and raring to go, there's no denying that there will be safety in numbers. In no way is Lokun Listamenn intended to be a dictatorship. The Dead Six Initiative itself has existed for three months with the sole principle of Funsies.

The Lokun Listamenn Alliance has Six (6) Expectations.
Maturity

Alliance Intel Non-Disclosure
Loyalty to Other Member Corporations
Communication and Involvement
And finally- Have some damn Funsies.

The Rules of the Alliance are the same as above. Note however that we have a Zero Tolerance Policy for the act of using the alliance to poach members for your own corporation. The one exception to this would be if the CEO A from Member Corp A approached CEO B of their own volition with no coercion from the membership of CEO B's corporation.

We also have a Zero Tolerance policy for petty squabbles between corporations for reasons of poaching. It's okay to be upset. If you go to war over something stupid, the Alliance will not help you.

Administrative Leadership of the Lokun Listamenn alliance consists of a council of the CEO's of each Member Corporation. If a CEO cannot be present for an Alliance Meeting, the CEO's will have a Director or High-Ranking corporation member to act as a placeholder.

That's all the official stuff out of the way. Now, here's some logistical information about Alliance that DUST players that DO NOT play EVE should know. In order for Lokun Listamenn to be maintained, the Executor Corporation is paying Two-Million ISK, per Member Corporation, per month in maintenance fees. This includes the Executor Corporation, which paid the One Billion ISK Alliance Creation fee. We don't -expect- you to pay monthly dues. It -would- however, ensure the alliance is well maintained.

The Dead Six Initiative has always been proud of its' belief that each of our members brings something new to the corporation that we didn't have previously. We hope to say the same of our Member Corporations.
