We want you to know that we are here to keep the Ruomo Constellation safe from pilots who mine illegally against the Ruomo Resident Mandate

Clause 2: ( All corporate violators will be infiltrated and or wardeced without warning. Individuals will be Harassed or ganked )

Ruomo Constellation Mandate :

1. No unregistered individuals or corporations may mine In or around the Ruomo Constellation

2. All Corporations conducting large mining ops must be registered with THE GIMA CONSORTIUM

3. Protected members recieve emergency assistance and escort through the Ruomo Constellation

4. Protected members have the option to hire personal security to protect cargo containers during mining and assets during transport to an Itamo Destination (Good if you are at war) Must place request in advance

5. Absolutely no Macro Mining or Botting. Macro Miners will be Ganked

6. Piracy is forbidden against protected members violators will be dealt with swiftly

7. Protected members recieve wardec assistance and escort out of the constellation.

8. Inactive POS's are subject to removal at THE GIMA CONSORTIUM's discretion

9. Registered residents are required to report non resident activity to remain registered.

10. Any non registered pilot in the Ruomo Constellation is subject to questioning by G.I.M.A. Agents
