The 'Seyllin Cartel' is a small pirate alliance based in Seyllin. We live and fight for the control of our small island. We fight foreign smugglers, industrials and everyone else. We consider nearby systems, especially Ane, our 'area of influence'. We are a Cartel, as corps within the alliance enjoy total freedom. We have no 'alliance taxes'. We all obey a simple 'code', a set of 20 rules that no one can break.
