We're doing all isk-making-related stuff, in our home constellation. There you will get:

- a lot of isks. All of the carreer missions combined gives you about 10 mil isk. Here you will get starting with 10 per hour.
- Ship Replacement Program: compensations for the loss of ships around our home constellation.
- some good evergroving friendly community around - we always have some people online at our alliance
- some help with the game in general - there are lot of things to know.
- no cta, no must-do stuff, real life comes first.

In general everyone expects from you:
Well, generally nothing special, but to have some interest in game, to be ready to read and study things for yourself - there are lot of things to learn, even if you are not new, but there are lot of materials prepared for you around. Trait its as a D&D experience - preparation is a big part, its a must to explore things by yourself.
Well, normal human behavior: don't shoot corpmates, don't be rude, etc.
