We strive to provide our members with the tools and skills necessary to excel in the EVE Universe. As a primarily industrial corp making our way in all aspects of EVE, we are aware that there is no limit to the growth we are capable of. As such, we encourage both veteran and new pilots to join 3IW in any of our operations.

We are generally laid-back, understanding that our capsuleers have their own lives to attend to, both in New Eden and out. We'll call on you when we need you, and only when we need you. But we'll always be here for /you/.

- Needs

- Full-time or regularly active players
- Use Teamspeak servers when needed
- Working mic and head set (For Teamspeak Communication)
- Teamplayer
- Willing to help out with corp op's when asked
