Idea is to gather up some Caldari mission runners, run them missions in teams, gather up iskies and etc. When you get tired of making isk in Empire, you can always have the option to jump up to Fountain and pvp, rat, plex, mine or whatever. Its actually not very different from being in an npc corporation and running missions, but then again, aint it nice to go 0.0 from time to time and just do something different.
