Deepcore Prophecy is an extremist group who derides the current system as inadequate for dealing with contemporary global issues such as establishing contact with Jove and a real technologic developement.

In its book "The Prophecy", Deepcore outlined its plan for a worldwide political union,
that would require members of a great intelligence.

This intelligence standard is evalued by an obscure module named "DeepCore Neuroscann" which was given,
according to the author, by the Jovian themselves.

The thresholds proposed by Deepcore are 50% above average for a candidate
and 20% above average for a voter.

The other lifeforms, too stupid, must suffer eternal death for the futur of mankind...
and to prove to Jove that we are worthy to deal with.
