We do have lvl 4 agents in the Sinq Liason region. We run these missions regularly.

One major rule before you join. NO TRIAL ACCOUNTS. You must be at bare minimum 15 days old and have trained skills not available to trial accounts. Exceptions may be made, but that is up to the CEO of the corp.
