Locust Unlimited is a mining corporation. Members are encouraged to explore other aspects of the game, including manufacturing, mission running, &etc., but the corporation's primary goal is large-scale mining. Instructions, advice, and mining frigates are provided for free to members; mining cruisers provided at cost (based on current mineral prices); assistance with acquiring barges is provided, as well as mining equipment.

This is not a "final destination" corp. Other corps will provide a much greater variety of experiences for a wider range of player types. But this should be a decent corp to get started in, especially if mining is what suits you.
