Building on the first 3 Elements of Mining, Mission Running and Manufacturing / Trade that are available in Hi Sec space and adding in the aspects associated with nul sec space / pvp (the 4th element of Eve Game play), it provides those players with a little more skill level, an added dimension to their gaming experience.
