Basic Guidelines to Follow to Avoid Scammers:

- Read the contents of the contract twice, Most ships that are advertised as Navy / Fleet Issues are merely standard versions of those ships, or are merely other trash items (eg. Raven instead of a Raven Navy Issue, Carbon instead of Charon freighters)

- Read the 0's in prices twice. Most scammers put extremely high prices on sell contracts and extremely low prices on buy contracts. (eg. 1 billion starting bids instead of 1 million as advertised, or 300 thousand ISK offers instead 300 million ISK)

- Read the quantity of the items twice. Most scammers advertise selling more than one of the target item but only sells one (eg. PLEX x 1 instead of PLEX x 2)
