The Corporate division of House Kyriel was made obsolete and condemned during the mass-exodus from the Otraren III colony of New Callis, that began on 07.02.115. All it's assets were sold off and dismantled and it's entire financial base dissolved and turned over to trusted agents in the Amarrian Empire, for safe-keeping until needed. Upon the organization's dismantling, it's former CEO and current head of the Kyriel Family, Lord Holder Jesmine Aerim Kyriel, severed herself from her Capsuleer identity and sold this identity to the highest bidder, relegating herself to the life of a normal Human, devoting herself fully to the ruling of her soon-to-be-Redeemed House.

The current "inhabitant" of Kyriel's former Capsuleer identity holds no legal rights over the Kyriel House in any way, shape or form. In return the Amarrian Empire recognizes that House Kyriel holds no legal right over any assets, roles, rights or liberties enjoyed by the "inhabitant" herself, having declared the two to be completely separate entities. House Kyriel continues to operate in the Empire as an independent House in the Imperial hierarchy.
