ROOKIE focused corporation, giving the new guy a leg up, a helping hand, and an occasional point in the right direction. We're all here to live and learn, until we are ready to assume our rightful places as masters of New Eden....

We are very happy to take on the newer guys, and help them develop, but idealy we are looking for those that are ready for the next step in Eve. We don't have any requirments for membership with the exception that we are unable to take on trial accounts. Right now we are looking for people that fit our requirements and want to tryout soemthing new. New members must want to have fun, and be at least a semi-regular player. There is no point being a member if your never online!!

As a member, you will be encourged in the follow aspects: -

**Team attitude: If you'd rather solo lvl 4s than take a few guys along because it makes you more isk, GRI is not for you.
**Maturity: We don't want whining, infighting, or backstabbing. Disrespecting corp mates is not tolerated.
**Mumble: Working as a team is much easier on a voice server. We use vent for all ops
