The Order of Fourth Watch is a universal militant anarchist organisation, founded by Xud as a splinter faction of the Order of the Eternal Watch after the Casino War. Until 171 AG, the organisation operated through sleeper cells, keeping their existence unknown to the universe. The Fourth Watch\u2019s agenda is to have the humans and clones coexist again and usher in a new universal order by dismantling heathen Alliances and their leadership. By keeping an close watch on the movements of infidels and heretics it allowed for their purification or conversion.

After the Order of the Eternal Watch came out of hiding at the end of the Casino War, Xud became disgusted with the orders direction and decent into reliance on Intel and the work of others. To preserve the way how he believed the order should have been, he broke away and founded the Fourth Watch to help liberate the universe from lazy and bad intelligence.
